Huge resort, nice atmosphere

It was beautiful. The beach was nice for snorkeling. The staff:)

The smell in the shower. They told us to leave the beach because they wanted to make the sand look nice. There was only one all inclusive restaurant. There was no service for drinks on the beach.

Great place to see the beauty of the red sea, good value for money.

Amazing location with beautiful coral riff. Nice designed and huge hotel area. You can just walk around and enjoy the views from any angle. We were in a club room, and the secluded private beach with personal services is the gem of the hotel.

The booking description stated that there are 5 restaurants to choose from, but in fact, we ended up in only one as others payable, and we didn't expect that in all-inclusive offer. The food was nice mostly, but the choice was limited, especially fruits. Beware of the mosquitos, there are lots of them there! It's better to bring mosquitos repellant.

Wonderful location, superb staff and facilities - food needs to be improved!

Fantastic hotel made by the location and the brilliant staff. Our first trip here since 2010, when we came in its Hyatt branding 4 years consecutively. The club is well worth the additional fee, and we would not recommend all inclusive as there are too many restrictions. It is value for money anyway. Adam at the diving centre was the best coach, along with Tam, and Mahmoud, Belal, Ahmed, Joerge, and all the other team members were very friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home.

Since Covid the dining facilities are very limited. They need to re-open the Souk and get the Beach House Grill, and Cascades restaurant back up and running. It was a let down,and not good enough for the standard for the hotel. It was the only negative, but food is a big part of any holiday. It's the reason for a non excellent rating. This is known to the people there, and i understand it will be rectified next year.

Enjoyable five star hotel architecture with three stars type of hospitality.

Nice location and snorkeling beach Architecture was very good Food tastes good especially deserts

-No variety of food only one restaurant available and all others are paid even if u r on all inclusive making you get bored after your second dinner as food is almost similar each night and day. -Low employees hospitality for example: Towel center gets “out of towels” and employees even does not care if u r out of water and very cold they just say we requested some towels and i was actually shaking from cold. -Restaurant employee seemed very frustrated when we asked him to take us a photo noting that it was not any type of rush hours. -concierge kept us in golf cart while checking in for about 10 mins as he was talking on phone. -Most of the workers seems not happy with what they do no smiles no extra miles for hospitality except for Souad from the restaurant, Ayman from reception and the guard on the marina hope were pleasant and supportive.

Superb Snorkelling from the hotel beach!

Excellent snorkelling from the beach. Seafront room was very convenient for brach and Club Lounge. Large spacious resort and generally well maintained.

Room was a good size but rather dated and needed some repairs/updating. Breakfast was ok (omelet cooked to order) but evening Canapés were pretty much the same everyday; maybe because it was low season and very few guests? Limited choice of restaurants on-site

We enjoyed the resort greatly and would visit again.

The staff were excellent and highly attentive at the reception (including Ayman the duty manager) and at the Regency Club (including the wait staff, the pool staff, and the beach staff). The ground are beautiful and there are a wide variety of activities to meet the needs of our entire family.

The ground are beautiful, as are the facilities such as the pool, beach, kids club, and Regency Club. We did notice some small items in a bit of disrepair, such as knobs falling off the showers at the pool.

A really good all inclusive resort in Sharm. Enjoy your holidays! Would visit again

Great resort with everything you need. High quality rooms and facilities. The restaurant had a good variety of food which thankfully rotated by the day as you'd like to see in an all-inclusive resort.

There were some expansion works happening as a few other building were being built and drilling started very early in the morning. I'd expect this would have been better managed to now cause any trouble to guests enjoying their holidays. Also some of the amenities like the water slide could do with better maintainance.

Stunning property with friendly staff but the food needs improvement.

The hotel itself is beautiful (former Hyatt Regency) albeit showing signs of wear and tear. The location on the Red Sea is stunning. The staff are friendly.

The food is so so. Many things taste the same. The best things to eat are the local dishes. Coffee is served in paper cups, and except for one machine, only instant coffee. The hotel also needs more staff.

Amazing spot for snorkeling. Beach has coral reef side and sand side. Lots food variety. Rooms are clean and super comfy. Absolutly recommended.

Wonderful

Room with sea view, waking up a stone's throw away from the beach! Great diving, great staff! Literally from Reception to Housekeeping everybody was friendly, always available, and helpful. Not to forget the children's playroom where staff is looking for children from starting from age 4. Kid's under the age of 4 need to be accompanied. However there is a heated children's pool so you can swim with your kids!
